Florin and I met online through a mishap of mistaken identity.

I added his Yahoo! Messenger screen name to my buddies list thinking he was a friend of mine from back home. He accepted my buddy request because he thought I was a different Amber Evans from Tennessee Tech (his undergraduate alma mater).

As we chatted, we learned that each of us were not who we thought the other to be. Serendipitously, we discovered that we happened to be living in the same town, attending graduate school at Virginia Tech.

He asked me to join him for a beer at Hokie House and I eventually accepted.

It wasn't love at first sight, but it was the beginning of the most beautiful and wonderful relationship either of us have ever known.

Weird? Yes.
Wild? A little bit ...
Wonderful? Oh, yes ... we couldn't agree more!

Florin și cu mine ne-am intâlnit pe internet dintr-o nepotrivire a identitații!!!

Eu am adăugat pseudonimul lui de pe Yahoo! Messenger la lista mea de prieteni crezând că este un prieten de-al meu din copilărie. El a acceptat cererea de acord crezând ca era vorba de o altă Amber Evans de la Tennessee Tech (facultatea de unde și-a luat diploma).

Discutând unul cu celălalt ne-am dat seama că nici unul nu era cel pe care celălalt credea că este. Din vorbă-n vorbă am descoperit ca locuiam în același oraș incercând să ne luam doctoratul la aceeași universitate Virginia Tech.

El m-a invitat la o bere la Hokie House și eu in cele din urma am acceptat.

N-a fost dragoste la prima vedere, dar a fost începutul celei mai frumoase si minunate relații pe care nici unul dintre noi n-a mai cunoscut-o pâna atunci.

Ciudat? Da.
Nebunie? Un pic ...
Minunat? Da ... n-am putea fi mai mult de accord!
